摘要
目的：探讨二维超声心动图和彩色多普勒血流显像诊断右室双出口的价值。材料和方法：超声检查右室双出口４５例，男２８例，女１７例。所有病例均与手术或心血管造影对照。结果：４５例右室双出口超声心动图诊断符合率９５．６％（４３／４５），２例误诊为法乐氏四联症。超声分型的符合率９７．７％（４２／４３）。合并畸形以肺动脉狭窄最多见，占７１．１％（３２／４５）。室间隔缺损口径平均值（２１．８ｍｍ）略大于主动脉环部平均内径（２１ｍｍ）。结论：二维超声和彩色多普勒血流显像相结合的检查方法对右室双出口诊断、分型和合并畸形检出具有重要价值。
Purpose: This study was to evaluate the accuracy and clinical values of two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE) and color dappler flow imaging (CDFI) in diagnosing double outlet right ventricle (DORV). Materials and Methods: 45 patients with DORV were examined by 2DE and CDFI, male 28; female 17. The findings of all cases were compared with that of operation or angiography. Results: The diagnostic accuracy was 95. 6% (43/45), two cases were misdiagnosed as the tetralogy of Fallot. The accuracy in classification of DORV by 2DE was 97.7% (42/43). The most common accompanied malformation was pulmonary stenosis (32/45 ). The average diameter of ventricular septal defect was slightly larger than the average diameter of aortic annulus. Conclustion:2DE with CDFI is of important value in diagnosis, classification of DORV and in detection of accompanied malformation.
