摘要
目的:为了评估B超对肝包虫的诊断效能,为临床诊断结果的分析提供参考依据,以规范的临床流行病学诊断试验方法,评价B超对肝包虫的诊断价值。方法:对149例可疑肝包虫的B超诊断结果与术后病理检查结果进行对比;计算各项诊断效能评价指标,并进行盲法观察,计算重复性指标。结果:B超对肝包虫诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预告值、阴性预告值和约登指数分别为977%、905%、966%、984%、864%和088,卡巴值为079。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound diagnosis of hepatic hydatid cyst,and provide diagnostic indexes for hepatic hydatid cyst.Methods:a standard diagnostic test was conducted in 149 patients suspected with hepatic hydatid cyst.Golden standard,and double-blinded observation was used.Results:The results showed that sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive and negative predictive values,Yoddon index and Kappa value were 97 7%,90 5%,96 6%,98 4%,86 4%,0 88 and 0 79 respectively.Conclusion:Ultrasound was an efficient means for diagnosis of hepatic hydatid cyst.
