摘要
目的:研究灵芪胶囊含药血清对A549细胞(人肺腺癌细胞)凋亡诱导作用及凋亡相关基因(Bcl-2)表达的影响。方法:采用RT-PCR法检测灵芪胶囊对A549细胞相关凋亡基因(Bcl-2)表达的影响。结果:灵芪胶囊含药血清对A549细胞具有凋亡诱导的作用,可下调Bcl-2基因表达,从而诱导细胞凋亡和细胞的分化。结论:灵芪胶囊能够明显抑制A549细胞的增殖,与通过影响凋亡相关的基因表达有直接的关系。
Objective ：To observe the apoptotic induction and the effect of expression on the Bcl -2 gene by Lingqi capsules. Methods ： RT - PCR was used to measure the expression on Bcl - 2 gene in herb serum contai- ning LQC . Results：The herb serum containing LQC could induce and cure A549 cancer and differentiation by reducing the expression of Bcl -2. Conclusions：The herb serum of Lingqi capsules can obviously inhibit the grouth of A549 growth by influencing on the expression of apoptotic related genes.
