摘要
近年来随着高校办学规模不断扩大,高校固定资产在数量上和质量上都有了很大程度的提高,但同时也暴露出资产管理落后、使用效益低等问题。结合我校目前固定资产管理过程中出现的种种问题,如何科学合理的建立高校固定资产管理模式,采用资产管理信息系统,各有关职能部门的资产管理人员能全面、准确、及时的管理和掌握固定资产的信息,使资产配置日趋合理,提高高校固定资产的使用效益,是本文所探讨的问题。
In recent years,with the expanding university education,college fixed assets in both quantity and quality improved to a great extent,but also exposed the behind asset management,the use of low efficiency problem.With my school the fixed asset management problems arise in the process,how to build a scientific and rational management of fixed assets,the use of asset management information system,the relevant functional departments of the asset managers to comprehensive,accurate and timely management and control fixed asset information.That asset allocation is becoming more rational,to improve efficiency in the use of fixed assets,it＇s the problem this paper discussed.
