摘要
通过对计算机类人才需求状况的详细分析,针对目前人才培养中人才结构失衡、毕业生就业率低等问题,提出了以社会需求为导向的"分层分类"人才培养模式.并在我校计算机学院的人才培养中进行了相关改革和实践,很好地满足了社会经济发展对多层次多类型人才的需求。
Through a detailed analysis of the situation demand for computer class talents,for the personnel training for the current structural imbalance,the employment rate of graduates and other issues,put forward a demand-oriented society ＂hierarchical classification＂ training model.And in my school computer School personnel training for the relevant reforms and in practice,good to meet the social and economic development of the multi-level multi-talents.
