摘要
本文应用蜜露测定和同位素^(32)P标记豆苗测定法研究了豆蚜Aphis craccivora Koch在20个豇豆品种上的相对取食量。结果表明,豆蚜在豇豆品种燕带红、珠燕白、朝阳线豇豆、三尺红、四季青和黄花青上的取食量最小;而在指甲青、芦白、黑籽短秋豇和白由豆角等品种上的取食量最大。这说明前者品种对豆蚜抗性较强,而后者品种对豆蚜抗性较弱。
The relative feeding amount of cowpea aphid Aphis craccivora Kochon 20 varieties of cowpea Vigna sp.were studied by measuring the ra-diacitivity of aphids feeding on NaH_2 ^(32)PO_4 labelled cowpea plants,andthe area of honeydew excreted by aphids on filter paper stained withninhydrin.The results showed that among the 20 cowpea varieties,'Yan Dai Hong','Zhu Yan Bai','Chao Yang Xian','San ChiHong','Si Ji Qing',and 'Huang Hua Qing' were highly resis-tant,while 'Zhi Jia Qing','Lu Bai','Hei Zi Duan','Bai YouDou',etc.were highly susceptible,and the rest were medium resis-tant.
