摘要
目的 :研究慢性肾衰非透析治疗患者的营养状况 ,探讨合理的饮食模式。方法 :对患者进行膳食调查、人体测量及生化实验室检查。结果 :慢性肾衰非透析治疗患者膳食结构中存在诸多不合理因素 ,营养不良发生率高达30%~60%。结论 :饮食摄入的不合理为发生营养不良的重要因素。通过膳食调查可为指导患者平衡饮食 。
Objective:To study the nutrition statues of chronic renal failure(CRF) patients and determine the proper pattern of diet .Meth_ods:We carried out dietary survey,measurement of body and laboratory examination. Results:The food_intake of CRFpatients was not a balance diet and malnutrition was high about 30%~60%. Conclusion :The insufficiency of food intake contributes partly to malntrition in CRF patients.Through this survey we can provide a balance diet for CRF patients to maintain them a satisfactory nutritional status.
