摘要
少数民族地区社会稳定长效机制建设必须针对少数民族地区社会稳定工作的特殊性,结合全国维护社会稳定工作的普遍性,以科学稳定观及民族地区社会稳定理念为指导。
Based on special requirements of maintaining stability of minority-inhabited regions, suitable mechnism of long effect should be established. With reference to common practice of national social stability maintainance, it should be guided with scientific guideline of keeping social stability in minority-inhabited regions.
