摘要
目的 采用MR扫描检测海马结构 (HF)体积 ,建立标准化后HF体积的正常范围 ,探讨HF体积与年龄、性别、颅腔容积以及脑实质体积等因素的相互关系。方法 连续积累 61例不同年龄的健康人 (男 2 9例 ,女 3 2例 ) ,年龄 6~ 82岁 (平均 3 7 8岁 ) ,用叠加法计算出双侧HF体积。以颅腔容积进行HF体积标准化 ,并求得HF体积的正常值范围。结果 右侧HF体积正常范围为 2 196~ 2 95 2cm3,左侧为 2 0 62~ 2 70 6cm3;HF体积与年龄及性别无关 (P >0 0 5 ) ;右侧HF大于左侧 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 HF体积与年龄及性别无关 ;右侧HF大于左侧。
Purpose To measure the volume of hippocampal formation (HF) with MR imaging.Establish both sides HF volume's normal value range and analyse the relationship between the volume of HF and,age,sex,cranial volume and cerebral volume respectively. Methods Sixty one healthy chinese (29 male,32 female),aged 6 to 82 years (mean age 37.8 years) were studied with MR.Areas of HF on sections were added and multiplied by section thickness for an estimated of the volume. Results The HF volume was 2 196~2 952cm 3 (right),2 062~2 706cm 3 (left);the volume of right HFs was larger than the left ones ( P <0 001);There was no significant correlation between the volume of HF and age or sex ( P >0 05). Conclusion The volume of right HFs are larger than the left ones.There is no significant correlation between the volume of HF and age or sex.
