摘要 本文主要从美国肿瘤护理的教育培训及其资格认证方面,认识了美国肿瘤护士从初级形态到高级形态的演变过程,以明晰美国肿瘤护理的专科化发展过程。同时分析了美国高级实践护士的教育认证及处方权获得过程,以期为我国肿瘤专科护士的培养及护士处方的实施提供借鉴。 To know about the oncology nursing how to evolve in America from inferior form to superior form by learning its education and training as well as qualification of identification, so as to understand the specialization of America oncology nursing. Meanwhile, this article analyses the education and qualification of America advanced practice register nurse （APRN）, in order to provide reference about how to cultivate the oncology nurse specialist and how to implement the nursing prescription in China.
