摘要
目的观察静脉麻醉下中医手法治疗肩周炎伴有糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取肩周炎伴有糖尿病患者93例,随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(47例)。治疗组采用丙泊酚静脉麻醉下陆氏手法松解治疗,对照组口服塞来昔布治疗;观察两组治疗前后VAS评分、Constant评分和空腹血糖变化。结果两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前降低(P<0.05),Constant评分较治疗前增加(P<0.05);且治疗后两组间VAS评分和Constant评分有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组空腹血糖无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论静脉麻醉下陆氏手法治疗肩周炎能明显改善肩关节功能和缓解疼痛。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Lu＇ s massage under vein anesthesia in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis with diabetes mellitus. Methods Ninety-three subjects were randomized into two groups ： treatment group in which 46 cases were treated by Lu ＇ s massage under vein anesthesia and control group in which 47 cases were treated by taking cekecoxib. The VAS score, Constant score and fasting blood sugar were assessed before and after treatment. Resuits After treatment, the VAS scores were decreased and the Constant scores were increased in both groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）, with statistical differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the fasting blood sugar remained unchanged in the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Lu＇ s massage under vein anesthesia can improve the shoulder movement and relieve pain in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis with diabetes mellitus.
