摘要
介绍石仰山教授运用中医整体辨证法治疗骨伤科疾病痛症的特色。认为瘀血、痰湿、痰瘀作为病理产物和致病因素在疼痛的发生过程中关系密切;因此,辨明瘀血内停、痰湿阻络、痰瘀交阻三大病机,结合个体与病程加以整体综合治疗是石老临证治疗骨伤科疾病痛症的特色。
This article introduces Professor Shi Yangshan＇ s clinical experiences in treating pain of orthopedic diseases. Professor Shi holds that there is a close relationship among stagnated blood＇, phlegm-damp and phlegm-stagnated blood as the pathological products and pathogenesis during occurrence of pain. Clinical experiences lie in identifying inner blood stasis, stagnation of phlegm-damp in eoUaterals and obstruction of phlegm and blood stagnation, combining with individuals and diseases duration, as well as holistie comprehensive treatment.
