内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗胃肠间质瘤的护理体会 被引量：5

摘要 胃肠间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST）是一种非定向分化的间质瘤,发生于胃肠道空腔脏器肌层,是消化道独立的一类间叶肿瘤[1]。内镜下黏膜剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dis-section,ESD）是近几年来新兴的治疗消化道早癌或癌前病变的内镜微创治疗技术,具有创伤小、疗效好、恢复快等特点。
