左氧氟沙星治疗呼吸道感染患者的疗效分析被引量：1

摘要目的观察130例呼吸道感染患者应用左氧氟沙星注射液的临床疗效。方法将130例呼吸道感染患者分为左氧氟沙星组(治疗组)和孢哌酮钠组(对照组)进行对比观察,并比较两组临床疗效、抗呼吸道感染疗效和细菌清除效果。结果氧氟沙星临床治疗呼吸道感染的有效率高达91.25%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),灭菌率为88.57%,不良反应发生率为5%。结论呼吸道感染患者应用左氧氟沙星疗效好,在临床治疗中值得推广应用。
