掌侧T型板内固定结合CPC治疗老龄不稳定Colles骨折

摘要 目的总结老龄不稳定Colles骨折的治疗经验。方法本组患者均采用掌侧T型板内固定结合磷酸钙骨水泥(calcium phosphate bone cement,CPC)治疗,观察疗效。结果本组30例全部获得随访,均骨性愈合,按Gartland&Werley标准评估,优20例,良8例,可2例,优良率93.33%。结论掌侧T型钢板内固定结合CPC治疗老龄不稳定Colles骨折是一种行之有效的方法。 Objective To summarize the treatment experience of unstable Colles' fracture in elderly patients.Methods All cases in this group used volar T-plate internal fixation combined with calcium phosphate cement(CPC) for treatment.Results 30 cases in this group were followed up with osseous healing.According to Gartland Werley standard assessment,20 cases were optimal,8 cases were good and 2 cases were general,with the excellent rates of 93.33%.Conclusion Volar T-plate internal fixation combined with CPC for the treatment of unstable Colles'fracture in elderly patients is an effective method.
