摘要
目的探讨女性不孕症的主要发病原因及影响因素。方法对658例女性不孕症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果在女性不孕的病因中,输卵管因素占43.62%,其原因与生殖道感染、流产、分娩、盆腔手术等有关;排卵功能障碍占35.11%,主要由多囊卵巢综合征和高催乳素血症引起。结论输卵管因素是造成女性不孕的首要因素,排卵障碍居第二位,明确诊断,针对病因治疗,可提高妊娠率。
Objective To explore the common causes of female infertility and its influencing factors.Methods The clinical data in 658 cases of female infertility were performed the retrospective analysis.Results Among the causes in female infertility,the factor of uterine tube occupied 43.62%,which was related with genital tract infection,miscarries,childbirth and pelvic operation.The factor of ovulation handicap occupied 35.11%,which was mainly caused by polycystic ovarian syndrome and hyperprolactinemia.Conclusion The factor of uterine tube is the chief cause of infertility,the second is ovulation handicap.Clarifying diagnosis and treatment aiming at causes can increase the pregnancy rate.
