摘要
目的分析大连医科大学附属第一医院急诊不合理处方情况,提高医院临床用药水平。方法随机抽取该院急诊处方3 000张,并进行回顾性分析。结果不合理用药处方362张,不合格率为12.1%。结论该院急诊用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,临床医师、药师仍需加强药学知识的学习。
Objective To analyze the irrational prescriptions in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital in order to improve the clinical medication level in hospital.Methods A total of 3 000 prescriptions were randomly sampled from the emergency department in this hospital for retrospective analysis.Results Of all the reviewed prescriptions,362 prescriptions were found to be irrational with the unqualified rate of 12.1%.Conclusion The drug use in the emergency department of this hospital is basically rational,but some problems exist.Therefore,it is important for clinicians and pharmacists to strengthen their learning on pharmacy.
