摘要
目的探讨胆囊切除术后中频脉冲电治疗对切口愈合的影响。方法将年龄30～50周岁,选择接受全麻后行胆囊切除手术患者150例,随机分为3组,每组50例。术后常规组:只给予常规护理;低频脉冲组:给予常规护理的同时行低频脉冲电治疗每天2次,每次持续20 min;中频脉冲组:给予常规护理的同时行中频脉冲电治疗每天2次,每次持续20 min。治疗后观察各组切口疼痛程度、切口愈合时间。结果中频脉冲组切口视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analoguescales,VAS)术后5 d时由平均(7.31±1.08)分降至(4.36±1.12)分,术后7 d平均为(2.51±1.05)分,与常规组、低频脉冲组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中频脉冲组切口愈合时间为(7.8±0.26)d,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中频脉冲组疗效较其他两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全麻下行胆囊切除术后给予中频脉冲电治疗可有效缓解切口疼痛,有助于切口愈合。这种治疗方法适宜于临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the influence of intermediate frequency impulse electrotherapy on incision healing after cholecystectomy.Methods 150 cases undergoing cholecystectomy under general anesthesia,aged 30-50 years old,were randomly divided into 3 groups,50 cases in each group.The conventional therapy group only accepted conventional nursing care;the low frequency impulse electrotherapy group accepted conventional nursing care,at the same time accepted low frequency impulse electric treatment,twice daily,lasting 20 min each time;the intermediate frequency impulse electrotherapy group simultaneously accepted conventional nursing care and intermediate frequency impulse electric treatment,twice daily,lasting 20 min each time.After cholecystectomy,the degree of pain and the time of incision healing were observed among 3 groups.Results On postoperative 5 d,the scores of Visual Analogue Scales（VAS） in the intermediate frequency impulse group were reduced from（7.31±1.08） to（4.36±1.12）,on postoperative 7 d,the average scores of VSA were（2.51±1.05）,showing statistical difference compared with the conventional group and the low frequency impulse electrotherapy group（P0.05）.The time of incision healing was（7.8±0.26） d with statistical difference among 3 groups（P0.05）,and the curative effects also showed statistical difference comparing the intermediate frequency impulse electrotherapy group with the other two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The intermediate frequency impulse electrotherapy after cholecystectomy under general anesthesia could alleviate pain effectively and promote incision healing,which is suitable to be popularized for clinical application.
