摘要
目的观察喜炎平联合干扰素治疗儿童手足口病(hand foot mouth disease,HFMD)的临床疗效。方法将120例HFMD患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组60例。治疗组用喜炎平联合干扰素治疗,静脉滴注喜炎平10 mg/(kg.d),干扰素剂量5×104 U/(kg.d),肌内注射,疗程7 d;对照组用干扰素剂量5×104 U/(kg.d),肌内注射,疗程7 d。结果治疗组总有效率88.3%,对照组总有效率71.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床症状及体征明显较对照组消失早(P<0.05)。结论喜炎平联合干扰素治疗儿童HFMD效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Xiyanping combined with interferon in the treatment of children hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD）.Methods 120 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Xiyanping plus interferon,Xiyanping 10 mg/（kg·d） by intravenous drip and interferon 50 000 U/（kg·d） by muscular injection for 7 d.The control group was treated with interferon,50 000 U/（kg·d） by muscular injection for 7 d.Results The total effective rate was 88.3% in the treatment group and 71.7% in the control group,showing statistical difference（P0.05）.The clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group were disappeared more quickly than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Xiyanping combined with interferon for treating children HFMD has significant effects without adverse reactions,which is worth to be popularized in clinic.
