摘要 心血管疾病（CVD）已成为全球死亡的首要原因。随着人们生活水平的提高及生活方式的改变,CVD的发病率逐年增加,并且呈现年轻化的趋势,给人们的健康造成极大危害的同时,也成为全社会巨大的经济负担,因此控制CVD的发病率已受到极大重视。研究表明,CVD的发病通常是多种危险因素共同作用的结果,传统的危险因素包括高血压、高血脂、高血糖、吸烟、肥胖、男性、高龄及缺乏体力活动等，但有资料显示，
