冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病Duke评分与介入治疗后生存质量的相关性分析

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(coronary atherosderotic heart disease,CAD)患者平板运动试验Duke评分(DTS)与接受经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后生存质量状况的相关性。方法对101例已行PCI患者按DTS不同分为低危组和中、高危组,1年后对两组患者进行随访,分析对比两组患者运动时间延长、参加文体活动情况、自身心理状况及本人与家人和睦相处情况,以揭示不同DTS与PCI后生存质量状况改善的相关性。结果 DTS中、高危组患者与低危组患者对比,运动时间延长、参加文体活动情况、自身心理状况及本人与家人和睦相处情况等均有明显改善。结论 DTS中、高危患者更能从介入治疗中获得生存质量改善。
