摘要
目的观察莫沙必利联合复方消化酶、文拉法辛治疗功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的疗效。方法将100例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例给予莫沙必利及复方消化酶、文拉法辛联合治疗,对照组50例单用莫沙必利治疗。疗程均为4周,观察疗效。结果两组患者治疗结束后,进行临床疗效评定,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论莫沙必利联合复方消化酶及文拉法辛能够显著改善FD患者的临床症状,提高治愈率,缩短病程,不良反应轻微,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effects of triple therapy of mosapride combined with compound digestive enzymes and venlafaxine for treating functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods 100 patients with FD were collected and divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group（50 cases） was given the combination therapy of mosapride,compound digestive enzyme and venlafaxine.The control group（50 cases） received mosapride alone.The effects after 4 weeks treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the clinical effects were compared and the total effective rates were found statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Mosapride combined with compound digestive enzymes and venlafaxine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of FD with obvious curative effect,increase the cure rate,shorten the disease course with mild adverse reactions,which is worth being popularized in clinical.
