摘要
目的观察经尿道前列腺等离子电切术(transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization prostatectomy,TUPVP)治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostate hyperplasia,BPH)合并前列腺炎患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析BPH合并前列腺炎患者112例的临床资料,所有患者采用TUPVP为主的治疗方法。结果经术后随访,前列腺症状评分(IPSS)和生活质量评分(QOL)与术前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),且术后并发症少。结论 TUPVP操作简易,出血少,手术时间短,治疗BPH合并前列腺炎疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the effects of transurethral plasmakinetic vaporization prostatectomy（TUPVP） for treating benign prostate hyperplasia（BPH） complicating prostatitis.Methods The clinical data in 112 cases of BPH complicating prostatitis were retrospectively analyzed.All cases were performed TUPVP and postoperatively followed up.Results Compared with preoperation,the postoperative scores of the International Proststic Symptom Score（IPSS） and the quality of life（QOF） showed statistical difference（P0.01,P0.05）,with less postoperative complications.Conclusion TUPVP is easy to operate,less bleeding,short operation time with satisfactory effects for treating BPH complicating prostatitis.
