摘要
介绍了稠油开采时蒸气干度测量重要性与现有测量手段,分析现有的测量方式固有缺陷。提出了利用蒸气与液态水红外吸收峰值的差异研制光纤干度传感器的设计思路,在线式传感器的信号拾取部分采用双光路对射式结构,调制信号经高温光纤传输,信号经光电转换、放大与软件等解调处理,显示干度值或绘出干度变化曲线。
Abstract: The importance and existing methods of steam dryness measurement in heavy oil exploitation are introduced and the shortcomings of existing methods are analyzed. The design idea of the optical fiber steam dryness sensor based on infrared absorption difference between steam and liquid water is proposed. The signal acquisition part adopts reflection type structure with double optical-paths. Transmitted through high temperature optical fiber, the modulated signals are demodulated after photoelectric conversion, amplification and software process . In the end, the dryness are displayed and changing curves of dryness are painted .
