摘要
目的 :制定舒筋活血片质量标准。方法 :用薄层色谱法鉴别红花、香附、香加皮 ;用分光光度法测定舒筋活血片中总黄酮的含量。结果 :定性定量方法简便、灵敏、准确、专属性强。结论
OBJECTIVE:To build up quality standards for Shujinhuoxe tablets.METHODS:The quantitative analyses were carried out with Flos carthami,Rhizoma cyperi,Cortex periplocae by TLC,and the qualitative an analysis with total flavone as an index by spectrometry in Shujinhuoxue tablets.RESULTS:The results indicated that the methods were simple and sensitive with a good concentrated.CONCLUSION:This study provided a quality control method for Shujinhuoxue tablets.
