摘要
心理咨询是心理咨询师协助来访者解决心理问题的过程，近年来在国内迅速发展。本文从护理人员心理健康状况及影响因素，对心理咨询的需求，及心理咨询对护理人员的影响等方面进行总结分析、探讨，为从心理咨询角度提高护理人员的心理健康水平提供依据。
Psychological consultation was the process in which the consultants help the clients solve psychological problems. In recent years, it was developed rapidly in China. In aspect of mental health condition of nursing staff and its influencing factor, the paper was analyzed and discussed the requirement of psychological consultation and its influence on mental health condition of nursing staff, and provided evidences in psychological consultation to improve the nursing staff＇s mental health condition.
