摘要
目的:探讨黄芩类黄酮对人免疫细胞影响。方法:检测了从黄芩中纯化的3′,5,6,7四羟基2′,8二甲氧基黄酮、2′,5二羟基6,6′,7,8四甲氧基黄酮、5,7,8三羟基黄酮、(2R,3R)2′,3,5,6′,7五羟基黄烷醇、黄芩甙和黄芩酮6种类黄酮成分对人多形核细胞(PMN)、单个核细胞(MNC)化学发光反应和PHA诱导淋巴细胞增殖的影响。结果:除(2R,3R)2′,3,5,6′,7五羟基黄烷醇外,其它5种抑制NFomylMetLeuPhe(fMLP)激活的PMN煌MNC或调理酵母多糖(OZ)激活的PMN产生的化学发光,也显著地抑制PHA诱导的淋巴细胞增殖,在25×10-4mol/L浓度时抑制化学发光的抑制率可达41%~99%。抑制淋巴细胞增殖的抑制率可达89%~99%。结论:从黄芩中分离的类黄酮对PMN、MNC和淋巴细胞有不同的作用。这些作用可能与黄芩的抗炎症和抗过敏作用有关系。也显示这些成分有可能成为新的抗炎或免疫抑制药物。
Objective:Studied the effects of flavonoids isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis georgi on immunological cells.MethodsMethods:It was tested that the effect of 3′,5,6,7 tetrahydroxy 2′,8 dimethoxyflavone,2′,5 dihydroxy 6,6′,7,8 tetramethoxyflaone,5,7,8 trihydroxyflavone,(2R,3R) 2′,3,5,6′,7 pentahydroxyflavanonol,which isolated from Scutellaria baicalensis georgi on chemiluminescence(CL) response of human ploymorphonuclear cells(PMN) and mononuclear cells(MNC) and PHA induced proliferation of human lymphocytes. Results: It was found that six compounds with the exception of 2′,3,5,6′,7 pentahydroxyflavanonol strongly inhibited fMLP and opsonized zymosan(OZ) induced CL and significantly inhibited PHA induced lymphocyte proliferation.At 2.5×10 4 mol/L concentration inhibited CL by 41% to 99% and showed the significant inhibited PHA induced lymphocyte proliferation by 89% to 99%.Conclusion:It indicated that the effects of the flavonoids on neutrophils,MNC and lymphocytes were variable,that the effects may contribute to the known anti inflammatory and anti allergy actions of Scutellaria baicalensis georgi and these compounds may have potential as anti inflammatory immunosuppressive drugs.
