摘要
标准以及如何达到标准必须适应每个学生的具体情况而不纯粹是像往常那样在公平与质量之间权衡。这些对公平与多样化的担忧可以看作是对外部硬性标准(国家和国际层面开发的标准)的反对所敲响的警钟。保障全民接受高质量教育的权利仍然是21世纪我们面临的最大挑战之一。
This indicates that standards and how to achieve them have to be tailored to every student and not pure trade-off between equity and quality as is often the case. These concerns for equity and diversity can be seen as alarm against external prescriptive standards,which is developed at national or international levels. Guaranteeing human rights to an education of quality for all still remains one of the greatest challenges of the 21 st century.
