摘要
目的探讨农村群体糖尿病流行病学调查工作中的组织管理与质量控制方法,为更好地开展农村群体健康服务提供科学依据。方法采取对医务人员进行专题培训,调查前对村民进行健康教育,科学合理布局和控制调查的现场,通过耐心详细的问卷调查,对被调查村民进行心理疏导。结果完成了对10 500名35岁及以上农村居民的糖尿病流行病学调查,完善各项体检并完整收回问卷调查表9 871份,有效回收率达94.01%。结论科学的组织管理能保障农村群体流行病学调查的顺利实施。
Objective To explore the methods of organization and management and quality control in diabetes epidemiological surveys in rural areas,so as to provide scientific bases for better implementing health services in rural areas. Methods Many methods were adopted,such as training medical staff,implementing health education for villagers before investigation,scientific and reasonable layout and quality control at the scene,psychological counseling for the involved villagers,and so on. Results This study investigated 10 500 villagers of more than 35 years old ,and 9 871 cases received physical examination and completed a questionnaire. The effective recycling rate was 94.01%. Conclusion Scientific organization and management can ensure the successful implementation of roral epidemiological survey.
