摘要
目的调查外科"优质护理服务示范病房"护士工作满意度状况,为进一步深化优质护理服务提供保障。方法采用问卷调查表,对"优质护理服务示范病房"130名外科护士进行调查。结果护士满意度得分27~102(68.45±13.23)分,为基本满意;工作年限<5年和因喜欢护理而选择护理工作的护士满意度得分最低。结论护理管理者应通过不断评估护士在不同职业发展阶段的需要,为护士的职业发展提供有效的组织支持系统,提高护士工作的满意度,为进一步深化优质护理服务打下坚实的基础。
Objective To investigate the status of job satisfaction of nurses in surgical " high quality nursing services demonstration wards", and provide reference for deepening the high quality nursing services. Method A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate 130 nurses in the surgical high quality nursing services demonstration wards. Result The score of nurses'job satisfaction was 27 - 102 ( 68.45 ±13.23 ), in the middle level. The lowest scores of nurses" satisfaction was by work in less than 5 years. Conclusion Nursing managers should continuously assess nurses'demands at the different development stages of career, provide effective organizational support systems to improve nurses'job satisfaction, in order to further deepen and lay a solid foundation for high quality nursing services.
