摘要
目的调查酒依赖患者配偶对酒依赖康复知识的知晓情况,为酒依赖患者家庭提供有效的健康教育及护理干预,促进酒依赖患者的康复。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对96名门诊及住院酒依赖患者的配偶进行调查。结果对酒依赖复饮危险总的态度认识方面,完全了解的占34.38%,了解一些的占38.54%;对酒的渴求和欲望来临时的表现及应对策略方面,完全了解的占23.96%,了解一些的占46.88%;对其他12个方面的康复相关知识知晓率均较低(知晓率<40.00%),特别是在替代兴趣发展训练、家庭心理治疗、家庭长期应对模式和家庭及患者的社会适应方面(知晓率<20.00%)。结论酒依赖患者配偶对酒依赖康复相关知识了解较少,建议医务工作者对其进行健康教育和家庭护理干预,以利于酒依赖患者的康复。
Objective To investigate the rehabilitation knowledge of spouses of patients with alcohol dependence, so as to provide effective health education and nursing intervention for alcohol dependence patients＇families,to improve the rehabilitation of patients. Methods A self- designed questionnaire was used to investigate 96 ambulatory hopitalized spouses of patients with alcohol dependence. Results In the aspect of the re - drink risk of alcohol dependence patients, 34.38% of the spouses understood fully and 38.54% understood partly. In the aspect of clinical manifestation and coping style of alcohol desire,23.96% of the spouses understood fully and 46.88% understood partly. About the other twelve aspects of rehabilitation related knowledge, the rate of understanding was low （ 〈 40.00% ）, especially the aspects of interest replace training, family psychological therapy,long - term family coping mode and social adaptation of family and patients, whose rates of understanding were below 20.00%. Conclusion The rehabilitation knowledge of spouses of patients with alcohol dependence is poor. It is necessary to provide health education and family nursing intervention to improve the rehabilitation of patients.
