摘要
目的探讨高龄患者肛裂治疗方案。方法采用扩肛疗法+中药洗浴综合治疗高龄患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肛裂159例,选取同期采用中药熏浴治疗87例患者作为对照组,观察两组患者治愈率、有效率及总体有效率,组间比较采用卡方检验。结果治疗组痊愈率为92.5%(147/159),有效率为5.7%(9/159),总体有效率为98.1%(156/159);对照组分别为63.2%(55/87)、13.8%(12/87)和22.9%(20/87),两组相比,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。扩肛治疗+中药熏浴治疗高龄患者肛裂效果优于单一中药熏洗治疗。结论扩肛治疗+中药熏浴是治疗高龄患者肛裂的有效方法,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the treating method for analfissure in older patients.Methods 159 patients with anal fissure in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ were treated with anal canal dilataltion plus demibain using traditional chinese medicine,87 patients homochronous were selected as control group treated by demibain using traditional chinese medicine alone.The healing well rate,effective rate and total effective rate were compared by chi-square.Results The healing well rate was 92.5%,effective rate 5.7%,and the total effective rate 98.1%,the control group was 63.2%,13.8% and 22.9% respectively,with a significant deference（P〈0.05） respectively.The effect of anal canal dilataltion plus demibain using traditional chinese medicine was better than that of demibain using traditional chinese medicine alone.Conclusion Anal canal dilataltion plus demibain using traditional chinese medicine was effective to treat anal fissure in old patient,and worthy applying extensively.
