摘要
随着高校招生规模越来越大,档案的数量和类型也越来越多,档案管理的网络化与数字化是必然的趋势。各高校应提高档案意识,健全管理制度,实行现代化管理;制定档案网络化和数字化管理的规章制度;加强硬件建设和开发软件。以此来促进档案管理的网络化与数字化。
With the increase of college enrollment,the number and type of files become more and more and the digitized and network-based file management is inevitable.Universities and colleges should enhance their awareness of the file,strengthen the management system,implement the modern management,draw up the rules and regulations of the digitized and network-based file management,and strengthen the construction of hardware and the development of software in order to promote the file management.
