摘要
目的为进一步探讨了解重症颅脑损伤患者经过手术治疗的方法和疗效。方法选取我院收治的112例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有的患者经过治疗后,观察组中的良好率为48.8%,植物状态和病死率共为23.8%,而对照组中的良好率为25.7%,植物状态或病死率共为42.9%。两组患者的良好率和植物状态或生存率比较均存在有显著性的统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论临床中对于重症颅脑损伤患者,经过手术综合治疗可以取得满意的疗效,可以改善患者预后的生活质量,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective For further study understand severe head injury patients after surgery to treatment and curative effect.Methods 112 cases were selected of our patients with severe craniocerebral injury as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients after treatment,watch the group of the good rate was 48.8%,the vegetable and mortality of 23.8%,and the control group good rate was 25.7%,the vegetable or mortality of 42.9%.Two sets of patients and vegetable or survival rate of good is there are significant statistical difference（P0.05）,observe the curative effect of group was better than control.Conclusion Clinical of severe head injury patients for,after surgery to comprehensive treatment can obtain satisfactory curative effect,can improve the prognosis of patients with quality of life,it is worth in the clinical application.
