摘要
目的探讨总结老年人腹股沟疝采取无张力疝修补术治疗的护理措施。方法回顾性分析90例腹股沟疝老年患者,均接受无张力疝修补术治疗,随机分为2组,对照组(n=30)给予一般护理,干预组(n=60)给予精心护理包括围术期护理、健康教育、预防并发症护理措施、心理护理干预,术后随访6～18个月,总结并发症、复发情况。结果两组患者术后肠功能恢复时间,差异无显著性(P>0.05);干预组患者的住院天数、住院并发症、随访复发率均明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论综合护理措施对老年腹股沟疝行无张力疝修补术患者具有重要作用,能够减少住院天数、降低住院并发症、降低术后复发率。
Objective To explore the effective nursing approach in the tension-free repair of hernia of senile inguinal hernia.Method 90 patients with inguinal hernia were divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group（n=30） took conventional care.The experiment group（n=60） took systematic holistic nursing.Analysis of complication and recurrence were taken after 6 to 18 months’ follow-up.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recovery time of bowel motility.The hospital stay and the complication and the recurrence rate of the experiment group were much better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Systematic holistic nursing is important in the tension-free repair of hernia of senile inguinal hernia.
