摘要
目前,数字示波器不具有测量周期的功能,为了满足来之多方面的市场需求,以及使用户在测试过程中,真正达到多测量的功能需求,可试探研究增加数字示波器AM调制信号周期测量功能。研究的关键在与比较测量数字示波器AM调制信号周期功能基于的常用方法,并最后选定用何种方法进行测量,结合matlab编程进行周期的测量研究,实现周期的测量功能。
At present,digital oscilloscope without the measuring cycle function,and in order to meet the various market demand,and so users in the test process,truly achieve measurement of the functional requirements,test study of increasing digital oscilloscope AM modulation signal period measurement function.The research of key with comparative measurements of digital oscilloscope based on AM modulation signal cycle function method,and finally the methods to measure,combined with MATLAB programming period measurement research,realize periodic measurement functions.
