摘要
本研究以184名接尘工人为对象,同时以112名无粉尘接触史职工为对照组,通过对两组对象肺通气功能测定结果的分析发现,接尘组随着接尘工龄的增加,肺通气功能各指标均有不同程度的减退,最早出现减退的是FEV_1和V_(25),接尘工龄不足10年者,各指标与对照组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。长期接触水泥尘引起肺通气功能发生异常变化的主要是FEV_1、MMF、V_(50)及V_(25)等反映阻塞性的指标。尽管吸烟不是水泥接尘工人肺通气功能减退的主要原因,但可加剧小气道功能的减退。对水泥接尘工人来说,PEF似乎并不敏感,但FEV_1及V_(25)可能是早期较敏感指标,而FEV_1、MMF、V_(50)及V_(25)则是较易受损指标。
184 workers exposed to dust were regarded as objects of study, and 112 workers without dust exposure history as control group. The pulmonary ventilation of 2 groups was measured and analysed. The results show that the pulmanary ventilation indexes of dust exposure group go down along with the growth of their working standing. Although smoking is not main cause of hypofunction of pulmonary ventilation of workers exposed to cement dust, it can intensify hypofunction of small airway.
