摘要
目的评价中医特色卒中单元对于急性脑血管病患者神经功能、日常生活活动能力的影响。方法将120例急性脑血管病患者随机分为卒中单元组和普通病房组。普通病房组应用常规治疗,卒中单元组应用中医特色卒中单元模式治疗。结果卒中单元组对于患者神经功能、日常生活活动能力的改善优于普通病房组。结论中医特色卒中单元有助于改善急性脑血管病患者的神经功能和日常生活活动能力。
Objective It is to evaluate the influence of the stroke unit（SU） with traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） features on neural functions and activities of daily living in patients with acute cerebral vascular disease.Methods 120 patients with acute cerebral vascular disease were randomly divided into a SU group and a common ward group.The common ward group was treated with regular therapy,and the SU group was treated with SU pattern with TCM features.Results The improvements of neural functions and activities of daily living were better in SU group than that in common ward group.Conclusion Stroke unit with TCM features does help to improve neural functions and activities of daily living of patients with acute cerebral vascular disease.
