摘要
当前我国农产品生产流通中存在生产规模小、质量难追溯、流通环节多、物流成本高、信息不畅通等问题,农产品经营服务体系的市场载体应兼具公益性、中介性、盈利性、系统性和根植农村性等特征。从农民盟友、组织特性和新时期的作用方面分析了供销合作社在构建农产品经营服务体系方面具备的条件和优势,其思路是:充分发挥供销合作社的综合作用,以创建品牌为目标,以标准化生产为核心,以专业合作经济组织为依托,完善各种经营服务功能和手段,创新商业模式,与农民及相关主体共同建立从生产到市场终端的农产品经营服务体系。同时,提出了加快基地建设、完善配套服务、培育市场主体、加强产销衔接、实施品牌战略等推进农产品经营服务体系建设的建议。
This paper believes that there currently exist such problems as smal l production scale,hard traceability of quality,too many circulation links,hi gh logistics cost and sluggish information flowing in the production and circula tion of agricultural products in our country,and that the market carrier of agr icultural products management service system should have the features of public benefit,betweenness,profitability,systematicness and getting rooted in rural area.The paper and analyzed the conditions and advantages of the supply and mar keting cooperative in construction of agricultural products management service s ystem from the aspects of farmer allies,organizational characteristics and the role in the new era.The line of thoughts is to fully develop the comprehensive role of the supply and marketing cooperative,take brand construction as goal,t ake standardized production as core,rely on special cooperative organizations, perfect various operating service function and methods,innovate business models,and coupled with farmers and relevant subjects,jointly build an agricultural products operating service system from production to market terminal.Meanwhile, it proposed to boost base construction,improve supporting services,cultivate market entities,strengthen link-up between production and sales,and implement brand strategy to push forward construction of agricultural products operating service system.
