摘要
动态能力理论是战略管理理论研究前沿。当今经济全球化、网络化,企业的发展受空间和时间的限制较小。动态能力对企业的规模、业务起着不断延展的影响。本文基于动态联盟视角,对动态能力理论背景、发展历程、内涵及研究进展方面的文献进行梳理、研究和评价,提出了对动态能力的研究要从能力形成和发展、绩效等方面入手,为企业战略管理实践提供理论借鉴。
Dynamic capability theory is the frontier of strategic management th eory.At present,economic globalization and the networking result in weaker con straints on time and apace of enterprise development.Dynamic capability has con tinuously extending influences on the size and business of enterprises.From the perspective of dynamic alliance,this paper sorts out,studies,and evaluates t he literature on the background,development course,connotation and research pr ogress of dynamic capacity theory,and believes that the research on dynamic cap acity should start with the capacity＇s formation,development,and performance to provide the theoretical reference to the enterprises＇strategic management a nd practices.
