摘要
利用B超对哈萨克羊和新疆山羊的眼肌面积进行活体测定,结合屠宰后胴体测定,分析眼肌面积与胴体瘦肉率的关系。结果表明,B超活体测定羊眼肌面积与胴体瘦肉率为正相关,并且达到显著水平,建立了胴体瘦肉率对B超活体测定眼肌面积的线性回归方程。
The loin area of Kazak sheep and Xinjiang goat were measured by B-mode ultrasound machine and slaughtered to analysis the relationship of the loin area and carcass lean percentage.The results showed there existed positive correlation between loin area by B-mode ultrasound and carcass lean percentage,and the correlations were significant.A linear regression equation was developed to predict the carcass lean percentage by live measurements with B-mode ultrasound.
