摘要
目的:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱Sephadex LH-20和MCI等各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定其结构。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱Sephadex LH-20和MCI等各种柱色谱进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化常数和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从曼陀罗种子的95%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为N-trans-feruloyl tryptamine(1),hyoscyamilactol(2),东莨菪内酯(3),umckalin(4),曼陀罗萜醇酮(5),曼陀罗萜二醇(6),N-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(7),cleomiscosin A(8),秦皮素(9),东莨菪碱(10)1-acetyl-7-hydroxy-β-carboline(11),7-hydroxy-β-carboline1-propionic acid(12).结论:化合物2,7,9,12均为首次从曼陀罗属植物中分得;化合物1,4,8,11均为首次从茄科植物中分到。研究茄科Solanaceae植物曼陀罗Datura stramonium种子的化学成分。
Objective: To study chemical constituents in the seeds of Datura Stramonium (Solanaceae family). Method: Compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, MCI and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography, and their structures were determined based on physicochemical constants and spectroscopic analysis including NMR and MS. Result: Twelve compounds were isola- ted and identified from Daturu stramonium, they were N-trans-feruloyl tryptamine (1) , hyoscyamilactol (2) , scopoletin (3), umcka- lin (4), daturaolone (5), datnradiol (6), N-trans-fernlicacyl-tyramine (7), cleomiscosin A (8), fraxetin (9), scopolamine (10), l-Acetyl-7-hydrox-β-carbol-ine (11), 7-hydroxy-β-carbolinel-propionic acid (12). Conclusion: Compound 2, 7, 9 and 12 were obtained from Datura genus for the first time, whereas compound 1, 4, 8 and 11 were obtained from the Solanaceae family for the first time.
