摘要
经过对高炉配加高钛型球团的理论分析和在实验室对高炉利用高钛型球团炉料结构的熔滴性能研究表明,高炉配加该炉料,有利于提高钒钛烧结矿质量和球团比例,降低炉渣中高熔点物质的含量,有利于改善高炉透气性和综合炉料性能。同时生产试验亦表明,高炉利用高钛型球团对增铁节焦,增加喷煤比具有明显效果,具有优化高炉炉料结构的作用。
Theoretical analysis of utilization of high titanium content pellet in blast furnace and laboratorial study of melting and dropping property of burden in case the use of high titanium type pellet were investigated. The results show that the utilization of high titanium content pellet was benefited to improve the quality of vanadium-bearing tit- nomagnetite sinter, increase the proportion of pellet in burden, decrease the content of high melting point matter in slag and improve the permeability of blast furnace column and comprehensive property of burden. Meanwhile, the production tests show that the utilization of high titanium content pellet was benefitied to increase the output of hot metal, decrease the quatity of coke and increase the rate of PCI evidently, which could optimize burden design.
