摘要
目的总结老年桡骨远端不稳定骨折掌侧入路锁定加压钢板内固定治疗结果。方法本组40例均为单侧骨折,采用掌侧入路锁定加压钢板﹙T型﹚固定,其中35例因粉碎或者嵌插致骨缺损较严重,同时植入同种异体骨。结果本组40例平均住院16天,均正常切口愈合出院。随访时间4～8个月,平均6个月。治疗效果优良者38例,优良率95%。结论采用掌侧入路锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,是较为理想的手术方式,术后积极合理有效的功能锻炼,可获得较满意的腕关节功能。
Objective Summary of unstable distal radius fracture volar locking compression plate fixation result in elderly patients.Methods The 40 cases were unilateral and are subject to the volar locking compression plate（T-type）fixed,of which 35 cases caused by crushing or insert into a more serious defect,while implantation of allograft bone.Results The average time in hospital are 16 days,All patients were normal healing of incision and released.All patients were followed up from 4 to 8 months with 6 months on the average.Excellent and good was 38,total excellent and good rates were 95%.Conclusion Using of volar locking compression plate fixation is an ideal surgical method,after an active,rational and effective functional training,get more satisfactory wrist function.
