摘要 目的建立一种石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定高盐食品中铅的实验方法。方法使用氯化钯-磷酸二氢铵混合基体改进剂提高灰化温度,并结合标准加入法,消除高盐食品的基体干扰。对实验条件进行优化比较,并对氯化钠的干扰影响、方法检出限、回收率、精密度及有证标准物质的分析结果进行考查。结果该方法可消除样液中5%以内氯化钠造成的基体干扰。方法检出限为0.024 mg/kg,精密度为4.5%~5.6%,回收率为94.0%~108.0%,标准物质的分析结果在证书值范围内。结论该方法能有效消除高盐基体的干扰,并具有良好的精密度和准确度。 [Objective]To establish a method for determination of lead in high salty food by GFAAS.[Methods]Palladium chloride-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate mixed matrix was used to improve ashing temperature,the matrix interference for determination of lead in food was eliminated by using mix matrix modifier and the standard addition method.The conditions were compared and optimized,the effect of NaCl,the recovery of method,the precision of method,the detection limit and the results of analyzing standard materials were checked.[Results]The matrix interference by 5% NaCl in sample solutions can be eliminated by this method.The detection limit was 0.024 mg/kg,the precision ranged from 4.5%-5.6%,and the recoveries was between 94.0%-108.0%,the results of analyzing standard material were in the certificate values.[Conclusion]The interference of high salty matrix can be well eliminated by the method which showed good precision and accuracy.
