胆红素待测标本受实验室光线照射影响测定结果的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨标本在实验室中放置时间过长,受日光和灯光照射,对总胆红素测定结果的影响。方法将一组标本暴露在实验室日光和灯光下,一组标本避光保存,2h后测定两组标本的血浆总胆红素值,对比分析两组标本测定结果的平均偏差。结果受日光灯光照射组的总胆红素值明显下降,两组测定结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论待测标本较多时,为减少胆红素的自发性氧化和光氧化而使胆红素测定结果偏低,标本采集后应立即测定胆红素,待测标本在上机测定前应置2~8℃冰箱中避光保存,防止标本中胆红素的氧化而影响测定结果。 Objective Due to the spontaneous oxidation and photo-oxidation effect of bilirubin,placing the samples in the lab too long,to investigate the influence of sun and light exposure on the detection results of total bilirubin.Methods A group of specimens were exposed to sunlight and lamplight in the laboratory and another group of specimens were stored avoiding light.2 h later,the two groups of samples were detected plasma total bilirubin.The average deviation of the detection results in the two groups were analyzed.Results The total bilirubin value in the fluorescent light irradiation group was significantly decreased,showing statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion In many specimens for testing,in order to reduce the detection results too low due to spontaneous oxidation and photo-oxidation of bilirubin,the specimen should be immediately detected bilirubin after collection,and the specimen for test should be stored at 2-8℃ protected from light in refrigerator before detection in the machine to prevent the oxidation of bilirubin in the specimen affecting the detection results.
