摘要
目的了解湘西地区三酰甘油(TG)水平现状及该地区TG参考范围。方法应用日立7060全自动生化分析仪检测湘西地区4 821例成人空腹TG水平,并比较不同性别和年龄组间TG水平差别。结果湘西地区成人95%区间参考范围为0.54～6.01mmol/L,18～44岁及60岁以上年龄组男、女TG水平比较差异均无统计学意义,而45～60岁年龄组男、女TG水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TG水平与性别、年龄相关,湘西地区TG参考范围与全国合适水平有差异,可为该地区TG异常防治工作提供依据。
Objective To investigate the present status of the blood triglyceride(TG) level and the reference range in the residents of Xianxi area.Methods The fasting TG levels in 4 821 adults were determined and analyzed by the Hitachi 7080 fully automatic biochemistry analyzer.Then the blood TG levels in different sex and age groups were compared.Results The reference range(95% confidence interval) of TG in adults in Xianxi area was 0.54-6.01 mmol/L.The TG level of males and females in 18-44 years and over 60 years age groups showed no statistical difference.But the TG level of males and females in 45-60 years age group had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of blood lipid is related to age and sex.The reference range in Xiangxi area is different from the national appropriate level,which provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of abnormal blood TG.
