摘要
硅钢是一种价格低、饱和磁通密度高、居里温度高、易成型的磁性材料,目前多应用于低频大功率的场合.现研究硅钢在中高频大功率UPS系统中的应用—硅钢PFC电感.采用含分布式气隙的硅钢磁芯以及不同金属材质的绕组设计电感,综合考虑损耗、磁通密度、温升、成本等因素并以低成本为优先,借助电磁和热仿真工具获得最优的电感设计方案.基于设计优化结果制作了3个硅钢PFC电感,并应用于一中高频大功率UPS系统中的3相4线Boost PFC电路.它们的测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,满足实际应用要求.
Silicon steel is a kind of magnetic material with low cost,high saturation magnetic flux density,high Curie temperature and easy shaping.Presently,it is mostly used in the low-frequency and high-power applications.In this paper,the silicon-steel PFC inductors for the medium-and high-frequency and high-power UPS systems are studied.Silicon steel cores with distributed air gaps and windings made of different metals are applied in the inductor design.The influences of power loss,magnetic flux density,temperature rise,cost and so on are considered.Taking low cost as a priority,an optimal design scheme was obtained through electromagnetic and thermal simulation tools.Based on the optimization results,three silicon steel PFC inductors were implemented and applied into the three-phase four-line Boost PFC circuit of a medium-and high-frequency and high-power UPS system.The test results of them are basically same with the simulated results.They satisfy the requirements of practical applications.
