摘要
要提高中外合作办学的质量并深化其合作内涵,合作过程的文化维度值得高度关注。高中国际班因其在教育结构中的特殊位置,在文化维度上具有独特的研究价值。从后结构主义理论视角出发,"资格能力"评价是权力规训个体、塑造文化的重要策略,可作为破解文化交流之权力机制的切入点。本研究采用个案分析的方法,在绘制高中国际班日常生活画卷的基础上,深入剖析师生各项资格能力的评价标准,对中外双方的合作模式与合作文化进行反思。
Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools at high school level is one of the new trends of internationalization of Chinese education.It is an important way of high school diversified development as well.With the aim of improving the quality of sino-foreign cooperation in running schools,the cultural dimension of the cooperation process should be given significance.From a post-structuralism perspective,evaluation of competence is an important power strategy of discipline to institutionalize but depersonalize individuals.Therefore,the concept of qualification competence provides ample insights into the political nature of culture.In this research,the case study approach is employed to depict students' and teachers' school lives,and analyze their competences in differing aspects.This helps to reflect on the organizational structure and value systems of school participants'.
