摘要
被征地农民是农民非农化过程中产生的一个特殊群体。伴随着我国城市化的加速发展,这个特殊群体不断增多,同时也为被征地农民向城市流动和成为城市一员提供了一种契机。但由于缺乏应有的社会保障制度保障其基本生活,其间产生了诸多的社会问题,对我国构建和谐社会和可持续发展造成极大的阻碍。江西婺源县将被征地农民纳入城镇职工养老保险,实施的具体情况具有一定的独特性,通过介绍其近况,总结出婺源县建立被征地农民养老保险的经验及特色,并探讨其完善措施。
The Landless farmers is a special group during the process of non-agriculturization.With the accelerated development of urbanization in China,the number of the special group has been growing,meanwhile occure the opportunity for the landless farmers of urban mobility and to be the members of the city.However,as lack of social security systems to protect their basic livelihood,many social problems have been generated,and cause damages to the construction of harmonious society and build great obstacles to the sustainable development.The pension insurance system in Wuyuan County for the landless farmers has some unique features.This paper introduces the establishment of landless farmers＇ pension insurance,summes up the experiences and characteristics of old-age insurance of landless farmers and explores the further measures to make the system more perfect.
